  • Runden Sie unser Sortiment ab! Und zwar im Personalwesen. Das heißt, mit Ihrem Expertenwissen erstellen Sie die monatliche Entgeltabrechnung mit SAP HCM unter Berücksichtigung aller geltenden sozialversicherungs-, steuer- und tarifrechtlichen Bestimmungen.
  • Unsere Mitarbeitenden und Führungsverantwortlichen erhalten alle Auskünfte bei Ihnen! Denn Sie sind unsere fachkundige Ansprechperson in allen möglichen Belangen. Dazu gehören u.a. die Kontrolle der Personaleinsatzplanung sowie die Korrespondenz mit Krankenkassen und Behörden und die Durchführung des Melde- und Bescheinigungswesens.
  • Sie sind aktiv an der Optimierung unserer Prozesse beteiligt und bringen Ihre Kenntnisse ein, indem Sie beispielsweise Statistiken auswerten und Berichte anfertigen.
  • Das schätzen wir an Ihnen:
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne zur/-m Personalkauffrau/Personalkaufmann (IHK) oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung
  • Berufspraxis in Entgeltabrechnung und Personalbetreuung mittels SAP HCM von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in Lohnsteuer-, Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie MS-Office-Wissen (Excel)
  • Serviceorientierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
