## Unsere Anforderungen an Sie:

  • Examinierte Pflegefachkraft mit Weiterbildung zur Pflegedienstleitung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein & Empathie
  • Wirtschaftliches Grundverständnis & Tourenplanungskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit EDV & Pflegesoftware wünschenswert
  • Führerschein Klasse B und Fahrerfahrung
  • Motivation, Freundlichkeit, Flexibilität, Teamfähigkeit und Kollegialität
  • Interesse an einer langjährigen Zusammenarbeit

## Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Leitung des Pflegedienstes
  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität
  • Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung deines Teams
  • Effiziente Touren- und Dienstplanung
  • Umsetzung gesetzlicher Vorgaben (SGB XI & V, Qualitätsmanagement)
  • Ansprechpartner für Pflegebedürftige, Angehörige, Kostenträger
