Description

Our Pediatric Dental Practice is seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our team. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the best possible care and experience during their visit.

Responsibilities:

- Provide chair-side assistance to the dentist during dental procedures

- Take and develop dental x-rays

- Sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Prepare and clean dental operatories

- Follow infectious control guidelines to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

- Communicate effectively with children and parents to ensure a comfortable and positive experience

- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling appointments

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • Dental Assistant License from the state of Massachusetts.
  • CPR certification (current).
  • Familiarity with dental procedures and terminology.
  • Proficiency in taking dental X-rays.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills —we love team players!
  • A detail-oriented, organized approach to patient care.
  • A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
