Responsibilities :

• •Perform comprehensive evaluations, using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' needs for therapy.
• •Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician's orders.
• •Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a ride range of diagnoses.
• •Engage with patients' families, providing them with regular communication and updates on goals for their child.
• •Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including other therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses, to develop holistic treatment plans that address the diverse needs of each patient
• •Maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the care provided and communicates changes in treatment plans to the entire healthcare team.
• •Actively participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress, share insights, and refine treatment strategies collaboratively.

Requirements

• •A valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Texas
• •Current BLS License
• •Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and automotive insurance
• •Pediatric experience is preferred but not required
