Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

Full-Time | Mixed Clinic + Community | Anderson, SC

Tri-County Therapy (TCT) is a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children from birth through age 18 across South Carolina. Our Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy teams work collaboratively to help children build the skills they need to participate more fully and independently in everyday life.

We are growing our Anderson team and are looking for a full-time Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide services in both our Anderson clinic and surrounding community .

🧸 What You'll Do

As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at TCT, you'll evaluate and treat children with a wide variety of developmental needs while partnering closely with their families and other members of their care team.

You'll have opportunities to:

Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized plans of care

Treat areas including fine motor development, visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills, sensory processing and regulation, feeding, self-care and activities of daily living, executive functioning, and other functional skills

Provide therapy in both our Anderson clinic and community-based settings

Develop individualized treatment activities and home programs to promote carryover outside of therapy

Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and progress

Identify potential needs for adaptive or sensory equipment and assist families with obtaining medically necessary equipment when appropriate

Complete evaluations, daily documentation, progress reports, plans of care, and discharge documentation in a timely manner

Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, educators, physicians, and other professionals involved in the child's care

Build your skills in the areas of pediatric OT that interest you most

🎓 What We're Looking For

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure

Pediatric experience through employment or clinical rotation

Knowledge of child development and developmental milestones from birth through adolescence

Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

A family-centered approach to pediatric care

Experience with sensory processing and/or pediatric feeding is a plus, but not required

💰 Compensation

Full-time W-2 employment

Base compensation includes both direct therapy and administrative responsibilities, such as documentation and caregiver communication

Our therapists don't have to figure everything out on their own.

TCT's leadership structure provides multiple layers of operational and clinical support , including:

Your Manager: Helps with scheduling, caseload development, operational needs, and day-to-day support.

Your Lead Occupational Therapist: Provides clinical guidance, training, mentorship, documentation support, and a dedicated resource for clinical questions as you grow your pediatric OT skills.

Our Chief Clinical Officer: Provides ongoing check-ins, additional clinical support, and helps foster opportunities for continued professional and clinical growth.

You'll also work alongside a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals who regularly collaborate, share ideas, and support one another in providing the best care possible for their patients.
