Looking for a pediatric OT position where you can build meaningful relationships with families, grow your clinical skills, and have a multidisciplinary team behind you?
Tri-County Therapy (TCT) is a therapist-owned pediatric therapy practice serving children from birth through age 18 across South Carolina. Our Occupational, Speech, and Physical Therapy teams work collaboratively to help children build the skills they need to participate more fully and independently in everyday life.
We are growing throughout the Charleston area and have multiple opportunities for Pediatric Occupational Therapists βfrom full-time clinic positions to mixed clinic/community roles and flexible afternoon PRN opportunities.

- A mixed position providing pediatric OT services in the Summerville/North Charleston community along with clinic-based treatment at our Ladson office.
- π West Ashley / Charleston β Full-Time Clinic OT (December, 2026)
- Join our West Ashley team with a consistent pediatric caseload in our Charleston-area clinic.

π§Έ What You'll Do
As a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at TCT, you'll evaluate and treat children with a wide variety of developmental needs while partnering closely with their families and other members of their care team.
You'll have opportunities to:
Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized plans of care
Treat areas including fine motor development, visual-motor and visual-perceptual skills, sensory processing and regulation, feeding, self-care and activities of daily living, executive functioning, and other functional skills
Develop individualized treatment activities and home programs to promote carryover outside of therapy
Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and progress
Identify potential needs for adaptive or sensory equipment and assist families with obtaining medically necessary equipment when appropriate
Complete evaluations, daily documentation, progress reports, plans of care, and discharge documentation in a timely manner
Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, educators, physicians, and other professionals involved in the child's care
Build your skills in the areas of pediatric OT that interest you most
π What We're Looking For
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Current South Carolina Occupational Therapy license or eligibility for licensure
Pediatric experience through employment or clinical rotation
Knowledge of child development and developmental milestones from birth through adolescence
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
A family-centered approach to pediatric care
Experience with sensory processing and/or pediatric feeding is a plus, but not required

Full-Time W-2 Positions
Base compensation includes both direct therapy and administrative responsibilities such as documentation and caregiver communication

π Clinical Support That Goes Beyond a Caseload
Our therapists don't have to figure everything out on their own.
TCT's leadership structure provides both operational and clinical support , including:
Your Manager: Helps with scheduling, caseload development, operational needs, and day-to-day support.
Your Lead Occupational Therapist: Provides clinical guidance, training, mentorship, documentation support, and a resource for questions as you grow your pediatric OT skills.
Chief Clinical Officer: Provides ongoing check-ins and helps foster clinical growth and opportunities
You'll also work alongside a multidisciplinary team of pediatric professionals who regularly collaborate to support their patients.
