Job Description

理想候选人:

任职资格要求：

教育背景： 2025/2026 届应届毕业生，本科及以上学历。

专业领域： 机械工程、自动化、工业工程、电气工程、能源动力等理工科相关专业。

核心素质： 具备一定的英语基础，乐于在多元化背景下与不同层级的团队共同作战。

Program Objective：

The "Production & Engineering Leadership Program (PEDP)" is a core talent development program at GE Vernova Hangzhou. It is designed to cultivate future pipeline in the manufacturing and engineering sectors through intensive rotation, hands-on experience, and professional training. Ideal Candidate Profile:

Hands-on & Resilient: Comfortable working on the shop floor, with a willingness to get hands-on experience and a drive to solve complex, real-world problems.

Curious & Analytical: Deeply interested in manufacturing technologies and Lean methodology, possessing strong logical reasoning and a proactive mindset for continuous learning and exploration.

Collaborative Communicator: Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams, a strong team player, and highly motivated to achieve results and drive impact.

Qualifications：

Education: 2025/2026 graduates; bachelor’s degree or above.

Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Mindset: Passionate about the manufacturing, proactive, and committed to continuous learning.
