Monitor and respond to People & Culture and Careers inbox queries, escalating where appropriate

Support the maintenance of HR policies, procedures and document version control

Ability to manage competing priorities, work to deadlines and see tasks through to completion

Confident written and verbal communication skills, with a professional approach to dealing with employees, candidates and external providers

A proactive and flexible approach, with the confidence to take ownership and identify opportunities to improve processes

A collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues across the wider business

A commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive employee information appropriately

A genuine interest in developing broader People & Culture knowledge and progressing your HR career
