This role

The People Operations Intern will support a six-month data cleanup initiative in Rippling. This role will review, validate, correct, and document employee data to improve HRIS accuracy and reporting reliability across PayJoy. The intern will work from defined business rules, identify inconsistencies, maintain clear audit records, and escalate cases that require business decisions.
