People Success Partner

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Success Partner based in Canada.

• As a People Success Partner, you’ll be a hands-on operator supporting the full employee lifecycle across a distributed U.S. workforce, with additional responsibility for Japan and EMEA.
• You’ll serve as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers, combining strong HR judgment with accurate, timely execution.
• The role spans recruiting operations, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, employee relations, performance processes, and HR compliance.
• You’ll work closely with senior HR leadership and cross-functional partners to keep people operations organized, compliant, and employee-focused.
• You’ll also contribute to culture programs, manager training, engagement initiatives, and globally relevant HR practices.
• The position offers meaningful autonomy in a small, high-impact HR team where several priorities move in parallel and urgency matters.
