The People Success function at Kickdrum is a strategic driver of how we build, grow, and retain world-class talent. We’re a small but mighty team responsible for the full employee lifecycle: from identifying and onboarding exceptional talent through our campus hiring program, to designing career development frameworks, running performance cycles, and creating experiences that make people want to stay and grow with us.

How we operate: We work as strategic partners to leadership, not just executors of policy. We design programs that matter, use data to make decisions, and reimagine traditional HR practices when they don’t serve our people or business. We move fast, wear multiple hats, and prioritize outcomes over activity.

The Role

• •We're looking for a People Success Partner who can own high-impact programs that directly shape Kickdrum's talent pipeline and employee experience. This role is a blend of program management, strategic HR, and hands-on execution.
• •You'll be the driving force behind KDU (Kickdrum University) program, our flagship early in career investment initiative that brings in top engineering talent and transforms them into enterprise-grade developers.
• •Beyond KDU, you'll design and run programs like mentorship frameworks, employee engagement initiatives, and leadership development, all while partnering closely with the leadership team to ensure our people practices support our ambitious growth goals.

Experience

• •4–6 years in HR, HR Business Partner, or Talent Development, with demonstrated program management experience in a fast-paced or scaling environment
• •Experience designing and running employee programs (like engagement, learning, mentorship, onboarding) from conception through execution and iteration

We'd love it if you also bring:

• •Experience working with or supporting early-career talent pipelines - including campus hiring, graduate programs, or structured onboarding at scale
• •Exposure to HR tech stack tools (HRIS, ATS, LMS, or engagement platforms) and a comfort navigating systems to manage program operations efficiently

Skills:

• •Program Management: You can take ambiguity, structure it, execute, measure, and iterate
• •Stakeholder Management: You build trusting relationships across levels; you influence without authority and push back constructively when needed
• •Data-Driven: You track metrics, use data to make decisions, and can explain program impact quantitatively
• •AI & Automation: You're curious about and comfortable using AI tools and HR tech to work smarter, whether that's streamlining workflows, analysing program data, or experimenting with new tools to improve the employee experience
• •Owner’s Mindset: You see gaps and fix them without waiting to be told; you communicate risks early with context and options
