Your Role

You own our paid campaigns and scale them internationally. You know how to handle huge budgets, test systematically, and drive performance across markets.

What to expect

Launch and scale everything that isn't running yet - new channels like TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, and beyond

Manage large budgets with full accountability and a performance-first mindset

Own tracking and conversion setup: Tag Manager, Search Console, offline uploads, and more

Design and systematically test new campaign structures and landing pages

Extract learnings, iterate fast, and deliver measurable impact

Work closely with the Performance Marketing team and Go-to-Market managers

Who We're Looking For

You've run international ad campaigns across multiple channels and understand how markets differ

You have experience managing large ad budgets and the accountability that comes with it

Hardworking, analytical, structured, and a natural fit for a direct, ambitious culture

Strong English skills, as English is our company language

German skills are a big plus

What We Offer

Competitive Salary: €65.000-€130.000
