Performance Specialist (f/m/d)

## About the Role:

As a Performance Specialist, you will operate close to the shopfloor and contribute to the sustainable improvement of equipment as well as process performance within a Production Unit. By driving Continuous Improvement, FOX, AM/PM and Smart Factory initiatives, you will identify performance opportunities, support the implementation of improvement measures and play a key role in strengthening operational excellence and long-term performance results.

## Main Responsibilities:

• •Analyze equipment and process losses and identify improvement opportunities to increase Production Unit performance
• •Support the preparation, facilitation, and follow-up of FOX workshops and Continuous Improvement initiatives
• •Implement and further develop Lean methodologies and Operational Excellence standards within the Production Unit (PU)
• •Monitor and track action plans using the PDCA methodology to ensure effective and sustainable implementation
• •Support the deployment and continuous development of Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance (AM/PM) practices
• •Contribute to the analysis and improvement of key performance indicators, with a particular focus on OEE and OAE
• •Support leaders and operational teams in fostering a culture of Continuous Improvement and the adoption of best practicesc
• •Partner closely with the Production Unit to drive initiatives that improve the efficiency, stability, and productivity of manufacturing processes

## About You:

• •University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Systems Engineering or a comparable technical field
• •First professional experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or Lean Management
• •Knowledge of Lean methodologies such as 5S, Kaizen, SMED, or comparable approaches
• •Interest in production systems, performance management and digitalization
• •Strong analytical and structured approach combined with problem-solving skills
• •High level of initiative, ownership and accountability
• •Strong communication and teamwork skills
• •Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
