### Deine Aufgaben

  • Auf- uns Ausbau eines strukturierten, modernen Personalwesens
  • Verantwortung für die im Unternehmen genutzte Software Personio
  • Aufbau einer Employer Brand "Brandenburg Liftsysteme"
  • Mitwirkung bei der Personalentwicklung
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in Personalthemen
  • Durchführung von Recruiting Maßnahmen
