WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE

• •Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business. Respond to client questions and concerns promptly.
• •Policy Management: Analyze and evaluate clients' insurance needs to design insurance solutions. Review and update insurance policies. Assist clients in policy renewals.
• •Carrier Communication: Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and policy documents. Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers.
• •Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized client records.
• •Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and changes in personal lines insurance regulations.

Requirements

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO VIZANCE

• •1-3+ years of Personal Lines experience in an insurance agency
• •Valid WI Property and Casualty insurance license, preferred, or willingness to obtain
• •Knowledge of Applied Epic is helpful, but not required
• •Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• •Detail-oriented and organized
• •Desire to be part of a growing team
