Hiring Immediately - Flexible Shifts Available (Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem)

What You'll Do

  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Support residents with instrumental activities of daily living such as meal service, light housekeeping, and communication assistance.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to resident call lights and requests for assistance.
  • Assist with resident engagement opportunities and recreational activities as assigned.
  • Observe and report changes in resident condition or behavior to the appropriate team members.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and services provided.
  • Promote a resident-centered environment that supports choice, independence, and well-being.

What We're Looking For

  • Current PSS certification preferred, or willingness to obtain certification within 120 days of hire.
  • Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Previous experience in senior living, healthcare, or customer service is a plus.

Requirements

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must commit to obtaining PSS certification within 120 days of hire.
  • Must provide proof of immunization/immunity to MMR, Varicella and Influenza.
