  • Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort einen engagierten Personal- und Vertriebsdisponenten (m/w/d) mit sehr guten Sprachkenntnissen in Deutsch und Polnisch.

Deine Aufgaben wären:

Betreuung und Disposition von Mitarbeitern im Personalbereich

Rekrutierung, Auswahl und Einsatzplanung von Mitarbeitern

Betreuung bestehender Kunden sowie aktiver Ausbau von Geschäftsbeziehungen

Akquise neuer Kunden und Unterstützung im Vertrieb

Erstellung von Personaleinsatzplänen und Koordination von Mitarbeitereinsätzen

Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeiter und Kunden in deutscher, englischer und polnischer Sprache

Administrative Tätigkeiten sowie Dokumentation und Pflege relevanter Daten

Das bringst Du mit:

Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Polnisch (in Wort und Schrift), Englisch wäre noch ein Bonus.

Erfahrung im Bereich Personaldisposition, Vertrieb, Personaldienstleistung oder vergleichbaren Bereichen oder alternativ die Ausbildung zum Personaldienstleistungskaufmann m/w/d

Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten im Kundenkontakt

Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse

Führerschein Klasse B (Pflicht)
