Ihre Aufgaben

  • Auf- und Ausbau des Kundenstammes in den Bereichen Medizin / Pflege
  • Vermarktung unserer Dienstleistung (Arbeitnehmerüberlassung & Personalvermittlung)
  • Personaleinsätze planen / Mitarbeiter\*innen betreuen
  • Wahrnehmen von Kundenterminen im Außendienst
  • Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeiter\*innen
  • Nutzung aller Rekrutierungskanäle (Jobbörsen, Social Media, Messen, etc.)

Ihre Qualifikation

  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen als Vertriebsdisponent (m/w/d), Personaldisponent (m/w/d), Personalberater (m/w/d), Sales Consultant (m/w/d) oder Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d) in der AÜ und PV im Bereich Medical oder einem anderen AÜ Segment
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und offene Persönlichkeit
  • Vertraut mit allen gängigen Rekrutierungswegen
  • hohes Maß an Empathie und Kunden– und Serviceorientierung, Freude am Auf – und Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen
