# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Den Neukundenvertrieb aktiv vorantreiben und den Kundenstamm kontinuierlich ausbauen
  • Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess übernehmen – von der Bedarfsermittlung bis zur erfolgreichen Besetzung
  • Telefonvertrieb und Profilvertrieb als zentrale Werkzeuge für die Gewinnung neuer Projekte nutzen
  • Einsatz moderner Tools und umfassender Support-Strukturen, die Ihnen den Arbeitsalltag erleichtern
  • Eigenes Netzwerk aufbauen und sich zum Branchen-Insider entwickeln, um langfristig erfolgreich zu sein

# Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
  • Idealerweise erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb
  • Vertriebsstärke und Freude daran, Neukunden zu gewinnen und Bestandskunden auszubauen
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
