Deine Aufgaben als Personalberater (m/w/d) Gesundheitswesen Fokus Vertrieb

  • Aufbau und Entwicklung eines eigenen Kundenstamms im Gesundheitswesen
  • Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau bestehender Geschäftsbeziehungen
  • Betreuung und Disposition von medizinischem Fach- und Pflegepersonal
  • Abstimmung von Personalbedarfen mit Kunden
  • Führen von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen
  • Sicherstellung einer optimalen Auslastung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting zur Sicherstellung ausreichender Kandidatenverfügbarkeit

Dein Profil als Personalberater (m/w/d) Gesundheitswesen Fokus Vertrieb

  • Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, Disposition oder im Vertrieb
  • Kenntnisse der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Spaß an Kundenkontakt, Vertrieb und Verhandlungen
  • Organisationstalent und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Eigenständige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen ist wünschenswert
