## Deine Rolle

Du arbeitest im operativen Kern der Zeitarbeit und übernimmst Verantwortung für einen\*\* Großkunden im Master-Vendor-Modell.\*\* Das bedeutet: Du steuerst nicht nur Einsätze, sondern koordinierst Prozesse, Dienstleister und sorgst dafür, dass beim Kunden alles läuft.

## Deine Aufgaben

  • Rekrutierung und Auswahl von Bewerbern (Telefon, Interviews, Vorauswahl)
  • Disposition und Einsatzplanung von Mitarbeitern im Kundeneinsatz
  • Betreuung eines Großkunden im Master-Vendor-Modell inkl. Steuerung externer Partner
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Mitarbeitern und Co-Dienstleistern
  • Sicherstellung von Besetzungsquoten, Qualität und Reaktionszeiten
  • Lösung von kurzfristigen Engpässen und operativen Herausforderungen

## Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung in der Zeitarbeit, Disposition oder Recruiting wünschenswert
  • Fähigkeit, unter Druck klare Entscheidungen zu treffen
  • Struktur, Eigenverantwortung und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
