  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Operative Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles (Hire, Change, Separation, Job & Family)
  • Erstellung von Verträgen, Pflege von Personalstammdaten sowie Steuerung aller vertragsrelevanten Prozesse
  • Sicherstellung der Datenqualität für Payroll sowie Durchführung von Quality Checks (inkl. Employment Screening)
  • Beratung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften zu HR-Prozessen und -Angeboten
  • Unterstützung im Onboarding (z. B. Welcome Calls, New Joiner Betreuung)
  • Bearbeitung von HR-Tickets (u. a. Smartcases an der Schnittstelle Workday/SAP)
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung und Dokumentation von HR-Prozessen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit HR-Bezug (z. B. BWL), idealerweise ergänzt durch Personalfachkaufmann/-frau (IHK)
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der operativen HR-Betreuung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
  • Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen (idealerweise Workday, SAP HCM, ServiceNow)
  • Strukturierte, sorgfältige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Abteilung(en): Banken
