  • Sie sichten den Stellen- und Bewerbermarkt und veröffentlichen Stellenanzeigen, um Personal anzuwerben.
  • Sie wählen geeignete Bewerber aus, führen Beratungsgespräche und gleichen Anforderungs- und Bewerberprofile miteinander ab. Schließlich wirken sie bei der Personaleinstellung und bei Vertragsabschlüssen mit.
  • Sie disponieren den Personaleinsatz.
  • In der Personalsachbearbeitung führen sie Personalakten und erstellen Entgeltabrechnungen.
  • Darüber hinaus akquirieren sie Aufträge und gewinnen Unternehmen als Kunden. Im Kundenauftrag suchen sie nach geeignetem Personal und betreuen die Unternehmen
