  • Einsatzplanung, Betreuung und Bindung der Mitarbeiter/innen im Kundeneinsatz
  • Recruitment für die Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Personalvermittlung
  • Vertrauensvoller Ansprechpartner für bestehende Kunden und neue Geschäftspartner
  • Einhaltung aller arbeitsrechtlichen und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Erledigung anfallender administrativer Vorgänge
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Personaldienstleistungskaufmann /-frau (m/w/d)
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsorientierung
  • Organisationstalent, Flexibilität, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
