### Deine Aufgaben

  • Kundenbetreuung und -beratung im Innen- und Außendienst im Pflege- und Gesundheitsbereich
  • Rekrutierung und Einstellung von Mitarbeitern
  • Matching von Kundenwünschen und Mitarbeiterbedürfnissen
  • Führen von Personalgesprächen
  • Unterstützung bei der Durchführung Marketingkampagnenen

### Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Personaldienstleistungskaufmann oder eine vergleichbare abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Pflege- / Gesundheitsbereich bzw. vergleichbaren Studienabschluss.
  • Mit Kommunikationsstärke, Humor, Begeisterungsfähigkeit und Spaß schaffst Du es, Menschen für Dich zu gewinnen.
  • Du bringst verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und idealerweise gute EDV und Social-Media Kenntnisse mit.ise
