Wir suchen für unsere Niederlassung in Fulda zur internen Unterstützung eine/n Personaldisponent/in (gn) in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben u. a:

  • Mit Engagement überzeugst du neue wie alte Kunden von unseren Personaldienstleistungen
  • Unterstützung unserer Kunden bei Personalangelegenheiten
  • Personalbeschaffung und Recruitungmaßnahmen auf allen möglichen Wegen
  • Bedarfsgerechte Disposition unserer Mitarbeiter
  • Die Personalsachbearbeitung rundet dein Aufgabengebiet ab.
  • Sie betreuen unsere Mitarbeiter auf Augenhöhe und stehen ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung, gerne auch Berufseinsteiger, die aus Ihrer Ausbildung bereits Kenntnisse im Personalbereich mitbringen
  • sicherer Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Zeitarbeitssoftware (zvoove) sowie Zeiterfassungssystemen
  • Strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeiten
  • Teamfähigkeit
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • russische und polnische Sprachkenntnisse wünschenswert - jedoch kein Muss
