Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n

Personaldisponent (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unseren Servicebereich der Gebäudereinigung, Grau-/ Grünflächenpflege und Hauswartung.

Als Personaldisponent (m/w/d) betreuen Sie Mitarbeiter während des gesamten Geschäftsprozesses. Das beginnt beim Bewerbermanagement und der Rekrutierung und umfasst die Einsatzplanung und die Betreuung der Mitarbeiter beim Kunden vor Ort. Außerdem werden Sie die Analyse der Arbeitsqualität und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung übernehmen.
