Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Dieburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n engagierte/n \*\*Personaldisponenten/in (m/w/d)\*\* in Vollzeit.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung und Ausbau des Kundenstamms: Pflege von Bestandskunden sowie aktive Neukundengewinnung
  • Disposition der eingesetzten Mitarbeiter: Passgenaue Einsatzplanung und Begleitung der überlassenen Mitarbeiter
  • Personalgewinnung und Recruiting: Kandidatensuche, Ansprache und Begleitung durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess

Ihr Profil

  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung oder Personalvermittlung – dies ist unsere zentrale Anforderung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Kenntnisse in der Branchensoftware Zvoove PDL (L1) von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
