  • Ihre Aufgaben vielseitig und verantwortungsvoll
  • Planung und Disposition unserer Mitarbeitereinsätze
  • Recruiting: Bewerbergewinnung, Auswahl und Betreuung
  • Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung im Vertrieb und bei der Neukundengewinnung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung arbeits- und tarifrechtlicher Vorgaben
  • Ihr Profil das bringen Sie mit
  • Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, im Recruiting oder Vertrieb von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Eigeninitiative, Teamgeist und Zielorientierung
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
