Personaldisponent (m/w/d)

  • Standort: Landshut
  • Anstellungsart(en): Vollzeit
  • Arbeitszeit: 35 - 40 Stunden pro Woche
  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Interessante Unternhemen identifizieren, ansprechen und lnagfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen aufbauen
  • Telefonische und persönliche Kundenakquise
  • Beratung unserer Kunden rund um Personalbedarf, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Personalvermittlung
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Terminen, Angeboten und Profilen
  • Recruiting, Auswahl der perfekten Kandidaten für unsere Kunden
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung
  • Besetzung offener Stellen und passende Zuordnung unserer Mitarbeiter zu Kunden
  • Planung und Koordination der Einsätze
  • Organisation von Mitarbeitergesprächen und Vorstellungsgesprächen
  • Begleitung unserer Mitarbeiter während des geswamten Einsatzes
  • Lösungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Persönliche Anforderungen und Sozialkompetenzen
  • Sie sind kommunikativ, selbstbewusst und treten professionell auf
