Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Personalüberlassung und Einsatzplanung von Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie sind Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Kandidaten während der gesamten Zusammenarbeit
  • Sie überprüfen die Einhaltung von arbeitsrechtlichen Bestimmungen und sorgen dafür, dass alle relevanten Dokumente für die Personalüberlassung korrekt und vollständig sind.
  • Sie kümmern sich um die Personalvermittlung und koordinieren den gesamten Personalbeschaffungsprozess , inklusive der Auswahl und Einstellung von Personal
  • Sie begeistern Kunden und gewinnen neue Projekte

Ihr Profil:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Personalwesen , Personaldisposition oder Personalmanagement
  • Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung im aktiven Vertrieb sowie im Recruiting mit
  • Der Umgang mit Menschen bereitet Ihnen Freude
  • Sie verfügen über eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und ein gutes Organisationstalent
