Wir suchen einen Personaldisponent/in mit Option zur Niederlassungsleitung für den Standort Eppingen.

Ihre abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben

  • Gewinnen Sie aktiv neue Unternehmenskunden durch gezielte Ansprachen und pflegen Sie langfristige Geschäftsbeziehungen.
  • Pflegen Sie Ihr Netzwerk zu Geschäftspartnern und potenziellen Kunden.
  • Arbeiten Sie eng mit einem erfahrenen Team zusammen, um maßgeschneiderte Kundenlösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Vermitteln Sie Bewerberprofile passgenau entsprechend spezifischer Kundenanforderungen.
  • Organisieren und begleiten Sie Vorstellungsgespräche durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess.

Ihr Profil passt zu uns, wenn Sie folgendes mitbringen

  • Erfahrung in der Zeitarbeitsbranche ist von Vorteil, aber kein Muss.
  • Grundkenntnisse im Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsgesetz (AÜG) sind vorteilhaft.
  • Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Bewerbermanagement-Tools.
  • Stärken in der Bewerberauswahl und -beurteilung.
  • Verständnis für Personalleasing und Arbeitnehmerverleih.
  • Ausgeprägte Vertriebsfähigkeiten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1-C2).

Führerschein der Klasse B.
