All-Jobs Personalservice GmbH ist im Raum Hohenlohe-Franken der Spezialist für Qualifizierte Arbeitnehmerüberlassung und Personalvermittlung.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unsere Standorte 74564 Crailsheim und 74523 Schwäbisch Hall *Personaldisponenten (m/w/d)* in Vollzeit für den kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Bereich.

## DEINE AUFGABEN SIND:

Eigenverantwortliche Recruiting-Prozesse für kaufmännisches und gewerbliches Personal
Vorauswahl von Bewerbungen und Koordination der Vorstellungsgespräche
Pflege und Ausbau von Bestandskunden sowie Neukundengewinnung
Betreuung, Disposition und Führung unserer Mitarbeiter
Führung von Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen nach den gesetzlichen Vorgaben

## DEINE ANFORDERUNGEN SIND:

Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich, gerne auch mit Berufserfahrung in der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
Du bist zielgerichtet und hast eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
Du hast einen Hang für Vertriebsaffinität
Gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
Du solltest einen gültigen Führerschein mitbringen
