Für unsere Niederlassung in Erfurt suchen wir zum schnellstmöglichen Eintrittstermin einen Personaldisponenten (m/w/d) zur internen Festanstellung in Vollzeit / Teilzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Pflege und Ausbau des bestehenden Mitarbeiter- und Kundenstamms
  • Abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag - Sie sind u.a. auch direkt vor Ort beim Kunden und führen Arbeitsplatzbesichtigungen durch
  • Zentrale Ansprechperson für Unternehmen und Bewerber
  • Recruiting: Sie suchen passende Kandidaten, führen Interviews und stellen diese im Kundenbetrieb vor
  • Erstellen von Stellenanzeigen, Mitarbeiterprofilen, Arbeitszeugnissen, sowie auftragsbezogene Unterlagen für unseren Kunden

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Erfahrungen im HR Bereich oder Vertrieb (idealerweise bei einem Personaldienstleister) von Vorteil
  • Lösungs- und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise mit Freude an der aktiven Neukundenakquise und dem Wunsch, Wachstum mitzugestalten
  • Sie sind ein freundlicher, offener Mensch mit einer positiven Einstellung
  • Zuverlässige, engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Hands-on-Mentalität
