Werde Teil der Alpha-Crew! Wir suchen einen Personaldisponent (m/w/d) für unseren Standort in Bonn!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Rekrutierung und Betreuung neuer Crewmitglieder
  • Führen von Bewerbungs- und Einstellungsgesprächen
  • Disposition und Einsatzplanung unserer Crewmitglieder
  • Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden und Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen
  • Erstellung von Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsverträgen sowie Einsatz- und Vertragsunterlagen
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Crewmitglieder in allen personalrelevanten Themen
  • Koordination von Personaleinsätzen und kurzfristigen Änderungen
  • Pflege von Personalstammdaten sowie Dokumentation im internen System
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben im Bereich Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und der Niederlassungsleitung

Dein Profil

  • Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung, Personaldisposition oder im Recruiting ist von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und die Fähigkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil
