Für intern suchen wir ab sofort einen Personaldisponent (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fit im Bewerbermanagement (Prüfung der Bewerbungsunterlagen, Terminierung und Durchführung von Interviews, Auswahl geeigneter Bewerber etc.)
  • Erstellen von Arbeitsverträgen unter Einhaltung des Tarifvertrages und der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen
  • Mitarbeiterbetreuung, Pflege der Personalakte
  • Annahme und Bearbeitung von Kunden-/ Interessentenanfragen
  • Regelmäßige Kontaktpflege mit Neu-/ Bestandskunden

Was erwarten wir:

  • Bereits erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb / Personaldienstleistung wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
  • Keine Angst vor dem Telefon
  • Erfahrung im Arbeitsrecht und Tarifvertrag
  • Du bist Teamfähig und hast Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb
  • Du hast Lust auf Erfolg und mit uns im Team die Niederlassung weiter voran zu bringen
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse wünschenswert, aber kein Muss
