Disposition und Betreuung unserer Mitarbeiter
Organisation und Koordination von Personaleinsätzen
Betreuung und Ausbau unserer Kunden
Bewerbermanagement und Vorstellungsgespräche
Telefonische Kontaktaufnahme mit Bewerbern und Mitarbeitern
Schaltung und Verwaltung von Stellenanzeigen
Planung von Urlauben und Bearbeitung von Fehlzeiten
Lösung von spontanen Personal- und Einsatzproblemen
Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
# Ihr Profil:
Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen
Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen
Organisationstalent und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Sehr Gute Deutschkenntnisse
Sicherer Umgang mit PC und MS Office
Erfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung
Führerschein Klasse B
