Für ein Unternehmen aus der Personaldienstleistungsbranche in der Region Willich suchen wir im Rahmen der Personalvermittlung einen Personaldisponenten (m/w/d). Die Aufgabe umfasst die Betreuung von Kunden und Mitarbeitenden, die Disposition von Einsätzen sowie die Unterstützung im Recruiting. Sie arbeiten in einem strukturierten Umfeld, das Kommunikationsstärke, Organisationstalent und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise erfordert.

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Kundenunternehmen

  • Durchführung von Bewerbergesprächen und Personalauswahl
  • Erstellung von Profilen, Einsatzunterlagen und Dokumentationen
  • Pflege von Kunden- und Mitarbeiterbeziehungen
  • Unterstützung im Recruiting und Active Sourcing
  • enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil:

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in der Personaldienstleistung oder im Recruiting von Vorteil
  • Kommunikations- und Organisationsstärke
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Tools
  • strukturierte, zuverlässige und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
