Personaldisponent (m/w/d/x) Vertrieb & Recruiting

Standort: Dresden

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Sie übernehmen als Personaldisponent (m/w/d/x) eigenverantwortlich die Gewinnung von Neukunden
  • Persönliche Besuche bei potenziellen Kunden
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Angeboten sowie Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Aufbau langfristiger Geschäftsbeziehungen durch individuelle Betreuung und lösungsorientierte Beratung
  • Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung zur Identifikation neuer Potenziale
  • Sie unterstützen das Team bei der Bestandskunden- und Mitarbeiterbetreuung
  • Das bringen Sie mit:
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium
  • Teamfähigkeit und Leidenschaft für den Vertrieb
  • Sie können Kunden und Bewerber begeistern
  • Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Persönlichkeiten
  • Führerschein der Klasse B

  • unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag, Wochenarbeitszeit 37,5h, Arbeitszeitende Mo-Do 16.15h, Freitags 15.00h, bis zu 34 Tage Urlaub, Festgehalt, Provision, bei Erfolg Firmen-PKW.
