Zur internen Verstärkung suchen wir für unseren Standort in Biberach ab sofort einen Personaldisponenten/Recruiter (m/w/d).

  • Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung
  • Du übernimmst im Team die aktive Suche nach geeigneten Bewerbern
  • Du führst Erstgespräche
  • Du setzt dich aktiv in der Auftragsbesetzung ein
  • Du generierst die Arbeitsverträge und schließt diese ab
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für die Mitarbeiter m/w/d
  • Anforderungen
  • Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Du bringst idealerweise Erfahrung im Personalwesen mit
  • Du bist kommunikativ
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
