  • Ausgeprägte kommunikative sowie organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Englischkenntnisse, oder Bereitschaft zur sprachlichen Weiterbildung
  • Deine Aufgaben
  • Personalplanung und -betreuung von Monteuren und Servicetechnikern
  • Verantwortung für die Einstellung und das Onboarding neuer Außendienstmitarbeiter
  • Planung und Koordination von Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen der eingesetzten Mitarbeiter
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Mitarbeiter und internen Abteilungen
  • Regelmäßige Kunden- und Baustellenbesuche
