Für unser wachsendes Team suchen wir ab sofort eine

Personaldisponent/in / Vertriebsdisponent/ in  in Vollzeit.

Sie sind die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Mitarbeitern und unseren renomierten Kunden

und sorgen für einen reibungslosen und effizienten Personaleinsatz.

Ihre Aufgaben: 

  • Eigenverantwortliche Disposition und Koordination von Einsatzkräften (z. B. in den Bereichen Produktion, Logistik)
  • Akquise, auswahl und betreuung von qualifiziertem Personal
  • Enge und vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Kunden zu Planung und Sicherstellung des Personlabedarfs
  • Erstellung von Dienst- und Einsatzplänen
  • Durchführung von Vorstellungsgesprächen und Einstellungen von Mitarbeitern.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Personalgewinnung.

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfolgreiche abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. Eine Ausbildung zum Personaldienstleistungskaufmann (m/w/d) oder erste Erfahrung in der Disposition ist ein Plus.
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft, sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich.
  • Starke Serviceorientierung und Kundenfreundlichkeit
  • Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative.
  • Sicheres Auftreten und souveräne Umgangsformen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
  • Führerschein Klasse B
