Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie tragen die Gesamtverantwortung für den HR-Bereich eines strategischen Geschäftsbereichs am Standort Röthenbach einschließlich Führung des HR-Teams sowie fachlicher Steuerung der zugehörigen internationalen HR-Verantwortlichen.
  • Die Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten Personalstrategie sowie Verantwortung für alle strategischen und operativen HR-Prozesse fällt in Ihren Aufgabenbereich.
  • Sie agieren als strategischer Sparringspartner (m/w/d) der Geschäftsführung und Führungskräfte in allen personal-, organisations- und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Sie arbeiten vertrauensvoll und lösungsorientiert mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen und gestalten und begleiten Transformations-, Organisationsentwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozesse.
  • Zudem sorgen Sie für die Weiterentwicklung einer leistungsfähigen HR-Organisation, ihrer Prozesse und Instrumente sowie Übernahme bereichsübergreifender Verantwortung im Zuge der Weiterentwicklung der Organisation.

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des Personalmanagements, der Wirtschaftspsychologie, der Rechtswissenschaften oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
  • Sie bringen mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer strategischen HR-Funktion eines produzierenden Unternehmens, idealerweise in der Metall- oder Metallverarbeitungsindustrie, mit.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse im individuellen und kollektiven Arbeitsrecht sowie idealerweise im Tarifrecht der IG Metall ergänzen Ihr Profil, ebenso wie langjährige Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Betriebsräten.
  • Sie sind eine strategisch denkende, durchsetzungsstarke und empathische Führungspersönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Konfliktlösungskompetenz auf allen Hierarchieebenen.
  • Eine hohe Veränderungsbereitschaft, interkulturelle Kompetenz sowie Affinität im Umgang mit KI und digitalen Tools runden Ihr Profil ab.
