Für unser internes Team suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung im Personalmanagement (m/w/d).

### Sie verfügen über:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
  • Erfahrung im Personalbereich idealerweise in der Disposition (auch Quereinstieg möglich)
  • Eine selbstständige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Teamfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

### Dann übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

  • Personaleinsatzplanung und Disposition
  • Kunden- und Mitarbeiterbetreuung im Innen- und Außendienst
  • Angebotserstellung und Auftragsbesetzung
  • Erstellung von Einstellungs- und Kundenunterlagen
  • Bewerbermanagement
  • EDV Pflege und Sachbearbeitung
