#### Aufgaben

In Direktvermittlung suchen wir für unseren Kunden aus Freiburg einen Personalreferent (m/w/d).

(Jahresgehalt bis zu 55.000€)

Du bist bereits Personalreferent und hast erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im HR, möchtest aber gerne deinen Job wechseln?

  • Personalbetreuung und -beratung in allen personalwirtschaftlichen Belangen
  • Erstellung und Überprüfung von Arbeitsverträgen
  • Durchführung von Einstellungsgesprächen und Onboarding neuer Mitarbeiter
  • Koordination und Überwachung von Abwesenheiten (Urlaub, Krankheit)
  • Unterstützung bei der Personalentwicklung und -planung
  • Pflege der Personalakten und des Personalinformationssystems
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung und Umsetzung von Personalstrategien
  • Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Mitarbeiterevents und -schulungen

#### Anforderung

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
