Personalreferent (m/w/d)
Ihr Einsatz bei uns:
- Vollumfängliche Personalbetreuung entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles
- Beratung von Führungskräften in allen operativen HR-Themen
- Ansprechpartner für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen sowie vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
- Allgemeine Personaladministration
- Überwachung und Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems und Zuarbeiten für die Lohnbuchhaltung
- Optimierung von Personalprozessen und Mitwirkung bei HR-Projekten
- Erstellung und Aufarbeitung von HR-Reports
Und was Sie dafür mitbringen:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Personalbereich oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation mit Erfahrungen im Personalwesen
- Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht und in personalwirtschaftlichen Prozessen
- Ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Proaktive, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Routinierter Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen
