  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Betreuung der Mitarbeiter und Führungskräfte in allen personalbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Gestaltung des Recruiting-Prozesses von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Einstellung
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsverträgen, Bescheinigungen und Personalakten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und Personalinstrumenten
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte in personalrelevanten Fragestellungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, in HR-Prozessen und im Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
