### Ihr fachliches und persönliches Profil

Kaufmännische Ausbildung, Weiterbildung zum Personalfachkaufmann (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalbereich
Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht sowie bAV und Datenschutz
Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Empathie
Erfahrung mit SAP HCM und/oder SAP SuccessFactors ist wünschenswert
Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Zeiterfassungssystemen
Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenverantwortlich und behalten auch bei vielfältigen Aufgaben den Überblick
Deutschkenntnisse mind. C1

### Sie verantworten zukünftige u.a. folgende Aufgaben

Operative und administrative Personalarbeit – von der Einstellung bis zum Mitarbeiteraustritt
Fundierte und rechtssichere Beratung von Mitarbeiteten und Führungskräften
Organisation und Betreuung der Auszubildenden, dual studierenden und Praktikanten
Aktive Mitarbeit an HR-Projekten
Vorbereitung der Payroll
Mitarbeit im Bereich der Arbeitnehmerüberlassung
