Aufgaben:

  • Beratung und Betreuung von Führungskräften sowie Mitarbeitenden in personalwirtschaftlichen und arbeitsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
  • Durchführung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur erfolgreichen Einstellung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Vertragsänderungen, Zeugnissen und weiteren personalrelevanten Dokumenten
  • Mitwirkung bei personellen Einzelmaßnahmen sowie Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat
  • Weiterentwicklung von HR-Prozessen und Unterstützung bei personalbezogenen Projekten
  • Betreuung des On- und Offboardings sowie Pflege von Personalstammdaten und Unterstützung der Personalentwicklung

Profil:

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, des Personalmanagements, des Wirtschaftsrechts oder Qualifizierung zum Personalfachkaufmann (IHK)
  • Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen sowie Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht
  • Anwendungssicherheit in MS Office sowie idealerweise Erfahrung mit HR-Systemen, beispielsweise SAP SuccessFactors
  • selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Lösungsorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Diskretion sowie hohe Service- und Teamorientierung
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
