Deine Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern und Bewerbern
  • Personalplanung und -disposition für unsere Kunden
  • Koordination von Einsätzen und Arbeitszeiten
  • Ansprechpartner für Kunden und Mitarbeiter in allen personalrelevanten Fragen
  • Rekrutierung neuer Fachkräfte in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Recruiting-Team
  • Neukundengewinnung und Akquisition – Ausbau unseres Kundenstamms und Pflege von Geschäftsbeziehungen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Personaldisposition oder im Personalwesen von Vorteil
  • Organisationstalent und sicheres Auftreten
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
